Back from my trip
Well I made it back from the whirlwind vacation across western Canada! I wasn't able to really buy many souvenirs, and it looks like finding some of the old Vancouver Olympics stuff online for cheap is harder than I first thought. ^^;
Despite all of these setbacks, I had fun on some parts of the trip. I took tons of pretty pictures of mountains, and I guess the break from work was good for me. The plane rides weren't even so bad because I got to play tons of Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations. That and my leftover souvenir money enabled me to go on a huge online buying spree ^^; I finally ordered my beloved 5 1/2 cup Zojirushi rice cooker, Apollo Justice, a few more books, a few CDs, and a Little Twin Stars notebook. <3 I can't wait til it all comes in! >.<
I heard that while I was gone, OneManga decided to close in about a week. ;__; This makes me pretty sad, but I used MangaFox or downloaded directly from scanlators more than I used OneManga. Speaking of MangaFox, I just got caught up on Chika Umino's new manga Sangatsu no Lion. IMHO it's just as beautiful as Honey and Clover, just for different reasons.
I also got caught up on Vocaloid videos. I'm currently obsessed with this beautiful Len song and this song by Kaito.
I guess the rest of this weekend will be spent unpacking, drawing or painting, and then whatever else I can find time for <3
