california came, california went. i left my heart in san fransisco... or about 90 miles south of there. all in all, So Cal was so cool. huntington beach, laguna beach, malibu, san luis obispo, all amazing places i stayed. i left huntington for san fransisco so abismally sad that i thought i was going to freak out and have a panic attack. but california love is different than real love. the beach does that to you.
i'm new hampshire grown. i love it here. everyone says "bow sucks, i want to get out of here. new hampshire is awful" that's fine for you, but i think that i'm incredibly fortunate to live in such a beatiful place.
... you know waht? it's beautiful here. bow is full of cheeky bastards, but new hampshire is amazing. after so many days in california, i swear all i wanted to do was go home and cut the grass, play some golf, wear sweatpants.
by the time i got to san fransisco, i spent almost all of my time watching chick flicks in the hotel room. now that i'm back, i feel older and more... sensitive i guess?
today i had a swim meet. it was excellent. my favorite people EVER were there! amanda, and dan, and katie. we broke my nalgene bottle, which i thought was impossible. those fuckers at EMS will pay. i kicked amanda's ass in the first backstroke leg of the 200 medley relay, but she won't admit it. she's still very cool though.
