This looks DAMN good! You are so awesome!!!!!!! I had no idea so many of them could be done with a chair! I can't even tell you how convenient that is for me! HA ha ha...but yeah shit yeah!
The only reason it took me so long to look at this again is b/c I was having a Zoloft withdrawl there for a few days. That's over now thankfully. God it sucked! Anyway wow...this looks great! I need to check into that music you told me about too, I promise I didn't forget!
Oh I have no doubt that they will just fine. I'm more likely to do them since I won't be getting up from the floor several times. I mean, I could do that, but you know what I'm saying. :)
And I just sent that link to my friend Angi. I kept forgetting to tell her your husband also has Firbo. She's had it for a long time. You'll all probably have a lot in common. She doesn't have an LJ though..so lol.
I just had a thought... if the Warrior poses are too hard for you (they are so hard fo rme!), you can do them on a chair too, although I don't think I'd be able to find a picture.... Of course, the chair would just be for extra support, so that you can gain strength as you go, so you can't like sit on it all the way or anything. Man, sometimes I wish though.... my leg wants to just hurry up and die from the pain of holding the pose.. LOL But, it feels good after I'm all done, and I am gaining strength so fast, it's amazing. That's one thing I love about yoga, I am gaining strength and flexibility far faster than weights and stretching ever did it! (Sorry if I've already said that before, hehe, I am a bit forgetful)
BTW, I have a copy of "Yoga: Just My Size," or whatever it is called, for you now. :-) It's on DVD, but if you end up needing it on VHS instead, that can easially be arranged. I have yet to look over it to see what it's like... but I bet it will be cool, and it's so much more helpful to have someone to demonstrate the poses and say them outloud as you do them, instead of having to look over at a computer monitor ;-)
I don't have the VCR yet, so if you wanted to make it into a tape you can. I guess I can wait to watch it til Angi sends the VCR.. unless I can watch it on the computer? I'm not sure how the cd burning/dvd burning goes ...
You can only watch DVDs on the computer if you have a DVD player in it (your CD drive would say DVD on it).
Since it may be a little bit until we see you, I'll just leave it how it is for now. Mark and I may have a DVD player for you, since we have something like 3 of them now because we were given two and Mark won one at work, heh.
Or, if Phillip gets his PS3 soon (are those things even out yet?), then that will play DVDs, right?
Either way, I can probably give you a copy in each format. ;-)
Ooooo IF you wanted to give me one I wouldn't say no, ha ha.
The PS3 won't be out (they say) til November of this year. I guess they're taking so long b/c they're going to have BluRay (sp?) high def format...some fancy new tech stuff...so anyway. Yeah...so we could give you back the player after that.
No clue when Angi's planning on sending the VCR, but I should ask her maybe.
That'd be so nice of you!!!!!!!!!!! God! Yeah, I'll take one off your hands if you're willing, sure! He he he..:) Let me know when you want to swing by..you can meet Puddy!
