I was thinking it did look a tad complicated and overwhelming, but only the text part really. I figure when I do it for the first time I'll have to clear out a space where the computer faces (the chair) so that I can see the computer screen. Its easier for me to learn from seeing, so the pictures are mainly what I'd be looking at. I think once I get going I'll be able to memorize the breathing, and maybe eventually the actual poses. I'd want to do it a few times on my own to get the hang of it, I think, before I did it with you, since I'm so self-consious, lol.

Overall, this looks very simple and I know since I get so little movement this will definitely be a workout, but it'll feel good and it'll help me feel more comfortable for everyday life. I love anything that doesn't involve being around other people or being outside. So I think I'm gonna really like this a lot. I'm all about relaxing, and I can tell that with this idea it will help me mentally too. Ya know what? It'll help with everything- b/c its movement. Movement=good stuff. Thank you very much for doing this for me. :)

Don't worry about memorizing the breathing. Basically, just do one breath per pose. If there's one you want to hold, do three breaths.

It's okay if your ins and outs don't match with the ones in this thing... because usually you breathe out for down-dog and I have it the other way around just because that's the way that it ended up, hehe.

It does feel good to breathe in or out on certain poses, like breathing in on back extention feels really nice.

You don't have to worry about doing it with me. :-)
If you are not ready to do that, I can just show you the poses some time so you will know what they all look like, since not all of them had pictures.

I also see that my "cat" pose has an image for "cow" pose... so I'm going to go fix that now. :-)
Cat should be arching the back, like when a cat stretches.
