This place is huge. How anyone can find their way around here is a miracle.

Marie had been wandering the library for quite awhile, trying to make sense of where she was and what was here. Failing that, she spotting a familiar flash of purple hair by one row and smiled. There was someone she recognized!

Silently, she approached Amelia before gently brushing a hand through her purple locks.

As Marie approached, Amela was resting elbows on the table, hear leaned forward and held up by one on her hands, eyes scanning the pages in front of her. She sighed quietly, reaching over in prepartion to pick up the next of the papers, only to shiver at something...no, someone touching her hair.

Tilting her head back, she blinked a moment, before before smiling softly. "Oh, Miss Marie, how nice to see you."

"It's nice to see you, too..." Marie said, crouching slightly as she returned the smile. "You look busy. I wasn't interrupting anything, was I?"

Glancing back down at the papers, Amelia's shoulders slumped a little, rolling her eyes. "Unfortunately, but believe me, I'm not doing this work by choice." she pouted, running a hand through her hair.

Marie pouted slightly at what Amelia was doing. As she did, she let a small grin replace the pout. "Y'know... you don't HAVE to do this..."

"I'll get in trouble if I don't get it finished though, so I do have to." she replied, flicking through a few more documents, before looking back over at Marie. "Even if I'd rather be doing other things." she finished, obvious fondness in her expression as she looked at her companion.

"Aww... alright." Marie said, nodding in disappointment. She seemed like this was something that she couldn't really distract her from. At least, not right now. "What ARE you doing?"

"Looking over new documents regarding some of the alterations proposed on our laws, tax reforms, that sort of thing." she droned in reply, making it clear it was not very entertaining stuff. "If I could just get through this quicker, I could be spending my time in better ways."

"Well, maybe I could help you?" Marie said, tilting her head. Now, the question was 'how'.

"Are you sure? I wouldn't want to leave you feeling as bored as I am Miss Marie." she asked, not wishing to impose too much on her friend.

The feeling warm breath near her ear made Amelia shudder, only briefly glancing at Marie as she attempted to act innocently, despite the smile on her lips. "Would it allow you to have fun too Miss Marie?"

"Fun for the both of us, Amelia" Marie assured. "Keep working, I'll do the rest~" Kissing her cheek, she let her hands brush against her companion's body.

"If you insist." came the reply, Amelia settling back in her seat, sighing softly at the touch of her friend's lips and hands, anticipating what was to come.

It was a big library, but the challenge was to do what she had planned without being seen. Before Amelia would notice, Marie slipped under the table and started her work, slipping off her shoes and slightly tickling them.

The princess was about to say something more as Marie's presence disappeared, before having a fit of giggles on feeling the attention to her feet. Her toes curled, leaving Amelia to squirm in her seat as she covered her mouth to stifle the noise.
