Saw over 20 snowmobiles in Cassadaga whilst out on errands today. Some are still out in the woods and fields like a swarm of jacked-up hornets echoing distantly, their lamps stabbing through the trees.

No bathtub, alas, which is more disappointing than I'd have guessed when I think, "With the snow outside it would be awesome to have a nice hot.........goddamn it." Also, my hot water pipes froze today, so I have that going for me.

This is the area where I did last night's snow angel. There is so much snow in the trees and the sky is so white that it doesn't look like the yard is outdoors. It's more like a woodland scene inside a white box. I wish I could capture it properly on camera.

It looks like someone had a pillow fight on my deck. Apparently All the Pillows were involved.

I just realised that I was propping a door open with a gallon of frozen antifreeze. Like you do.

My Mom had left this for me, but I think I'll check into some other brands. Maybe I can keep the car warm with their PANTS, which evidently are ON FIRE.

Rain is rattling the tin roof. The wind is sighing in the trees and tickling the wind chimes. Also, the Knocker In The Walls is back. Time to turn in.
