Waking up, goofing off and Doing
Finally pried myself out of the house. Workspace is vacuumed and Windexed, so that's off my mind. Still not ready to buckle down, so of course goofing off ensued.
So I celebrated getting One Thing done (yay!) with a frolic through email and feeds. I saw that Sam had posted a link to X's YouTube channel, where I found links to a movie that I helped with for the 48 Hour Film Project in Asheville a few years ago. Here's a link to the making-of video, where I show up briefly at around the 4:50 add 6:02 marks, and here's a link to two related posts with all the gory details. Not a bad writeup now that I see it again. The best thing about revisiting it was that it's a good kick in the pants for me to get up and start DOING things again. I need to make / do some more decent stuff to write about.
Epiphany sorted out, it's time to nail down this backlog once and for all. Peace out.
