sequins, fur, and frill
Hi everyone! How have you all been? Good? Good! I don't remember what was said when I last updated, but nothing too much has happened since then, except for maybe Valentine's Day.
Valentine's Day was really nice, I had a wonderful time with Sean. I went to school and he went to work during the day and he came over to my house around 7 pm and we exchanged gifts. I got him this red bucket/basket with candy hearts pictures all over it and I filled it with all sorts of things. I got him Big Daddy on DVD, because it's his favorite movie; a red, leather photo cube that I filled with pictures of us and inside I filled it with Starburst and Reese's Hearts (his favorites); tickets for the Orlando Magic vs. Detroit Pistons game in April that we'll be attending along with Kati and Ruben; black silk Valentine's Day boxers that say 'love you' all over them in red; the throwback McGrady Houston Rockets basketball jersey that he wanted; a pink candy heart plush pillow that say 'hottie' across it (i couldn't help myself!); a Valentine's Day coupon book for everything from a CD of his choice to a nap with no disruptions. He really enjoyed all of it, and I love making him happy. He got me Harry Potter 3, a pink teddy bear *squeal*, the camoflage/tan FSU shirt i wanted, Fruit Roll-ups, and a huge bag of Hershey's Hugs. He wanted to get me more, but I know he's tight on money and I loved everything he got me so I have absolutely no complaints! For dinner we went to Carrabba's Italian Grill in Daytona Beach. It was delicious and it was a fabulous choice for Valentine's Day; it's such a romantic restaurant!
Now back to reality *sigh*. I have been skipping school so much lately! But, I haven't been missing any schoolwork and when I do, I make it up right away. Tomorrow I may skip with Sean and go to the beach. WE also have no school on Monday, so that would make it a four day weekend! Yay!
Today was Ashley Kerns' 18th Birthday! We made her a huge card and a crown that said "Kiss me, I'm 18!" and she wore it all day--so cute. Tomorrow night she's having a huge party and her parents are going out of town for it, so it's going to be CRAZY! Steve is also having a party so Kati and I are going to have to make an appearance at both of them, but were going to play it by ear.
Tonight is the Talent Show at school and Jenny B. is in it and I'm so excited to see her preform! She's an amazing dancer. Everyone is so excited about the Talent Show because it's the first really exciting event we've had all year besides the obvious things, like Homecoming.
