Weigh-In Day.

Feb 06, 2009 08:28

Today's weight: 190. A loss of 1.4 pounds! I'm pretty pleased with this, seeing as I had negative allowance points. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to lose anything, but I guess kicking my own butt at the gym this week paid off. Sooooo excited to see the 180s soon!

went jogging last night. I've pretty much nailed being able to jog for 30 min. non-stop, so yesterday, during the last couple of minutes, i started playing around with the speed. Right now, i do between 5.0 and 5.2 mph. My goal is to get to 6 mph, I just don't have a time frame set yet. Ideally, I'm thinking by summer, but if that doesn't happen, I'm not gonna freak out. I'm still impressed that I hit the 30 minute mark period, cos that's something I never thought I could do, regardless of speed.

doing much better today than i was earlier in the week. just in a better mood overall. doug and i are seeing Brian Posehn in Denver tonight, so i'm pretty stoked. i love him on the Sarah Silverman Program.

we don't have any plans the rest of the weekend either, so i'm looking forward to sleeping in late and putting in some time on the Wii.

OH! I almost forgot- We bought some Diet Crush soda and I just realized it has 25 calories instead of zero! Ugh. Not a huge deal, but still disappointing. Guess they use corn syrup and aspartame. So now I have to count the point for it. How lame is that? But, I will say, best diet orange soda ever (or, "low calorie," rather).
