not sure what's up for lunch because i'm gonna be at a staff retreat all day and lunch is being catered. stayed in control of my eating yesterday. i went a bit over on Friday & Saturday, but put my foot down and stayed within my points on Sunday. because of the retreat, i get to leave work at 3, so i get to have a nice afternoon workout. not too shabby for a Monday.
