Today's weight: 166.4. Another gain of 0.2 pounds. I'm kinda pissed because I was really looking forward to a loss this week, seeing as i used less allowance points. But, once again, I don't really know what works week to week. I mean, I have a general idea obviously, but either my body will let go of the weight or it won't. And i must admit, it's put a damper on my morning and has left me less motivated to go for a run. But I need to do something before we leave on our trip.
EDIT: despite my disappointment with the weigh-in, i pushed myself to go running outside this morning. and i'm glad i did! with my new heart rate monitor, i found out i burned 500 calories in about 35 minutes. crazy. i've been underestimating my heart rate during running for sure. on the downside, i ran into a cloud of gnats with a sweaty face. totally disgusting. kind of turned me off from running outside again, haha.
