I had my experience with panic attacks last year. It was the scariest feeling in the world, because I thought I was having a heart attack. Well come to find out it was a combination of a panic attack and what is known as G.E.R.D.
So, the doctors have put me on some medicine and everything seems to be okay. As long as I don't eat anything too heavy after 8:00 at night I'm alright. So, I make sure I don't eat after 8 at all unless I can't help it. Anyway, I haven't had any more panic attacks, so all is well. I hope that things get better for you. Just be sure to take care of yourself and try not to worry about things if you can help it. *hug*

One of these days, if you ever get a break, you need to take time to think everything out. I know, it might be difficult, but it'll help you mind sort things out and slowly start working on each one of the problems/everything being thrown at you, at once. Some things are not going to be in your control, but those things you can control, try your best to keep calm and think of different ways to deal with it.

I seriously hope everything works out for the best and you'll get back to "normal" real soon. If you ever need a shoulder or need to vent, you know how to get in contact with me. Hugs, sweetie.

I use to go through those kind of attacks when I was 11 and 13.. I know how that is.. Almost had my first one since then recently at work, because of stupid crap. I did what was needed to be done in order to make sure it did not happen, and I've been fine since!

Good luck on the whole C license thing, and also the general taking care of the family, self and general matters!:)

I'm sure you'll do excellently.

Here's a little karma tossed your way.

I have panic disorder - where the attacks used to happen all the time. I haven't had one now for 6 months. Once you get used to the idea you won't die, they start to go away.

Man, you gotta find a way to release that stress!
