And people think I'm a bookworm. I don't read half as many books as you do (but I want to!) XDD I wish I buy books too, but I usually just borrow them from the library. I'm the type of person who'd read it once and never again so the books will just end up collecting dust somewhere in the corner of my room. ^^; And I'd only read it again if I forgot what I read and if I remember liking the book (and this happens pretty often).

I've seen the Sevenwaters Trilogy on shelf at the library many times but I've never been interested. Is it really that good? =3

Although I don't quite understand some parts of the exerpt you gave because I never read the book, I have to agree that it IS very *beautifully* written.

DO YOU READ ROALD DAHL? LOL. I used to love his books so much when I was still in elementary school. I think I read all of his children books except for "James and the Giant Peach". xD Right now, I'm starting to read his books again. The one I'm reading is called, "The Umbrella Man". It's a collection of short stories. Alot of them I find extremely witty and some of them somewhat frightening. o___o; In my opinion, they're even scarier than "horror" stories!

The only other good book I've read in the past few months is called "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak... At first, I was going to give up on it, but I didn't and finished it until the end. ^__^ I thought it was very interesting because the book was narrated by Death. How often do you read books that is narrated by Death itself? O_o;
