Generally, I'm anti-reality TV (with the exception of America's Next Top Model). I mean, there are shows I don't like, and then there are shows I loathe. I have no idea if it's still on air, but My Super Sweet Sixteen was just terrible. Giving spoiled, rich kids more attention than they could ever possibly need, and just...disgusting. I also hate Jon and Kate Plus Eight (or Kate Plus Eight, now, I guess) and Nineteen Kids and Counting. I don't find things like that entertaining, or okay--exposing your young children to the entire country is just sick, in my opinion. I can understand the appeal when you have a large family, but honestly, there are other ways. I don't think those kids had any say in if it was okay to have cameras documenting their every moment, and the glare of the media will follow them the rest of their lives.

So yeah. I can think of a few "regular" shows I don't care for (like Hannah Montana or CSI: Miami, for example), but my real, "Ugh, wtf?" reaction doesn't usually kick in with those.

In other news, I just downloaded a lot of music from Diane Birch. She has a really rich, bluesy voice, and this video is absolutely adorable:
