I went through all my journal entries (almost 2 years worth, holy crap!) and re-tagged and cleaned some errors up. Tripped down the wayback machine. Added stuff to the "memories" part of the site, so that's actually up and running now. Changed the appearance of my journal a few times. And likely will keep doing it for a while. Nix that last update.

My Nana passed away at 2pm today. It is extremely likely there was no pain, as she was on push-button morphine.

She is remembered and loved by a husband, at least 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and 3 (and a half) great grandchildren.

In her faith, she is up in heaven now, watching down on her family.

Moved from Midland Hospital (near Penetang) to Penetang hospital, with only indications being Oxygen and push-button Morphine for the pain. It's Nana's 78th birthday today, and she has no idea who people are anymore, nevermind it being her birthday, she is so out of it. My grandfather made it up here from Florida sometime yesterday ok after closing up the house. Got to the hospital and visited Nana, and today has a lot to do. I'll be hanging out with him to help him out, since everyone is working. I'll be able to get some tips on tools and such while we're out, too, which will be fabulous ( Read more... )

- Nana had a rough afternoon today... they think perhaps she's had a mini-stroke or somesuch, she had one of her episodes, and tingles down her arm... it's possible..
