My wife and I enjoy doing a bit of baking. In the process we have begun making pretzels and found that people quite like them. Soft pretzels also ship relatively well and, as such, my wife now has an Etsy page to sell a few of our creations.

This year, for our Christmas program, my church decided to do something different from our usual cantata. It was felt that, while cantatas are nice and the music is often beautiful and has a good message, it did not seem that we were reaching much of the community in this way. The property that my house sits on is devoid of trees. I like trees - they look nice and give shade which is real nice in a hot place like the South. My youngest daughter, who cheesentoast can tell you is an incredibly tender hearted child, has been suspended from school for 5 days.
