Scrabulous blocked
So, I hear that Scrabulous has been blocked to U.S. and Canadian users on Facebook. That must be rather annoying.
Since it's a take-down under the DMCA, does anyone know what properties in particular are causing issues? It just seems so old, I would have thought copyright would have expired by now.
edit: Nevermind, I found Hasbro's filed complaint. Appears to be copyright, trademark infringement, trademark dilution, and unfair competition (?).
The scrabulous makers are pretty much in the wrong here, but it does seem really heavy-handed by Hasbro (but then I'm not really surprised in the slightest).
