Ten years have passed since I last posted on my journal.

While I did not write here, I still spent a lot of my free time on writing. Together with my friend Mika, I worked on a novel which we have now self-published.

Well, another month has passed without me posting to my LJ. Since RL was still very busy, I also haven't read any entries on my flist for ages. I have definitely a lot of catching up to do.

In case anybody is wondering why I'm not writing in my LJ and still haven't replied to a lot of comments - Real Life is incredibly busy and I'm struggling through it right now. We've already had a lot of snow this year. In fact, it was a perfect winter so far: It got cold early in December and stayed cold, we also had snow nearly for the entire time. But the snow fall right now tops everything so far ( Read more... )

Yesterday evening, the blackbirds in our garden sang for the first time this year which means spring is in the air. Not that it will really be there yet for another month or three. :-) But we will get there - the blackbirds know it already.

Can't believe it's this cold outside. Just checked the thermometer we got outside and it reads -17° Celsius.
Okay, it's been around -5 to -10 degrees now since two weeks, but I thought it would get a bit warmer this week?
Let's see how many woolen sweaters I can fit over one another.
