Anya as a bunny: Anya's fear of bunnies is a gag throughout the show. In musical episode which I showed you during my initial hook, you might recall her sudden extra during the group song "or it could be bunnies! Bunnies! Bunnies!" etc.
Willow is afraid of being incompetent.
I'd phrase it a bit differently - Willow is afraid of losing control over her magic. Um. Dum. Just sayin'.
