Future Park Mall
Hey Everyone
So today after our lecture was done I went for a quick swim and worked out.
Then we all went back to the apartment. THen almost everyone went to Bangkok to go "clubbing". You all know how much I love to "club" so I definately passed on that one. Plus I am trying to budget a bit.
So then there were like 6 of us left. We decided to go to the mall and eat. We went to this "German Brewery Place"...that is what it was called. And let me tell you there was nothing German about it! Everyone ordered this huge machine thing full of beer but I passed on that too. Then we ordered a bunch of thai food and ate it. However, the thing about thai food is that it comes in such small portions. We all really liked it...but we were still hungry after. So then people ate at various places around the mall.
Then we taxied back to our Mansion (haha). The apartment has the word "mansion" in it. But it is the farthest thing from it! But I guess it is nice for THailand. Learned the words for right, left, and straight ahead today in the taxi.
Then when I got home I did various things.
Today we are going to the Royal Palace and the Royal Temple in Bangkok as a class! I am really excited. We had to wear khakis and a collared shirt so I am also sweating like crazy. O and I get to pick up my clothes from the laundry lady today. Hopefully I will have thnigs to wear for the rest of the trip and that she did not mess anything up. HAHa, I am sure it will be fine.
