Posting Rules
Hi, everyone! It's a week until the final deadline, so let's talk about how this'll work.
General:
We had 16 entries this year, which generated 19 fics. This is amazing, guys; give yourself a pat on the back! To prevent a flood of content, the posting has been divided to 8 days, starting from Saturday the 7th and ending in Saturday the 14th. Every day, one mixer and one artist will make a masterpost (except for the last day, with two mixers). The writers will first post their fics to their own journals in the morning (EST), so the mixers/artists can make the masterpost in the evening (EST).
Artists and mixers:
1. You're not required to send me anything on the 31st, but please make sure that everything is ready to be posted.
2. You will receive the fic(s) on the 1st, and get to enjoy it before anyone else until the 7th. With the e-mail, you will also receive your assigned posting day. If you're out of town/internet-less/trying to take over the world, please let me know as soon as you can and we'll re-schedule.
3. When your assigned posting date comes, you'll first post the art/mix to your own journal. (Remember to include a track list, download link or the links to YouTube, and any mixer's/artist's notes you may wish to add.) Likewise, the author should post the fic to their own. After that, you'll make a masterpost to this community (in the evening EST). The author should message you to let you know when the fic is posted. (Make sure you have the "receive PMs from registered users" option enabled!)
4. The format of your masterpost should look like this; meaning that there's one post that includes a summary of the art/mix, links to the art/mix, summary of the fic(s), links to the fic(s), as well as the pairings and trigger and content warnings. Please also remember to include the author's name and credit them!

1. Unless previous arrangements have been made, all fics must be finished and sent to mod by August 31st. If you think you need extension or simply can't make it, please let me know immediately and we'll think of something.
2. If you have multiple fics, please send each in separate e-mails to tgwtgbigbang2 at gmail dot com as a .doc/.docx file; I'm sorry if it's a little inconvenient to you, but it'll make forwarding the fics so much easier. Remember to label which fic goes to which art/mix!
3. On the 1st, I will send an email to confirm that I've received your fic. With the email, you will also receive your assigned posting date. If you're out of town/Internet-less/trying to take over the world, please let me know as soon as you can and we'll re-schedule.
