Are You Sure You Can Handle Being a Phone Company?
As previously mentioned, I'm looking to replace my local telephone service when I move. The web site for one company doesn't make it clear if they offer a residential plan or not. I called, and was dumped into the voicemail of the sales office. The district manager called back to say that there was local service, and she'd transfer me to the appropriate sales office. The forwarding didn't work, and I was soon listening to a dial tone. Hmm . . . maybe that's not the company to use.
