Blurr cut the comm with Ironhide, and sighed. However, it wasn’t as bad as he had originally thought. He had liked Maggie, and this new male seemed all right. He also seemed to be recovering, so hopefully Blurr wouldn’t have to deal with its corpse. That and Maggie would be sad. He wouldn’t wish her that. And Ironhide had taken Lennox with him. He could handle this.
Blurr glanced around his room, eying it and his belongings critically. He wasn’t going to stay in this cold basement with three empty rooms upstairs. He began to gather his items up, his blanket most important given how cold it still was. (Damn his thin plating) He’d leave Ironhide’s room alone. It connected to his human’s if he was remembering something Sideswipe said correctly, and Ironhide had made it sound as though he and Lennox would eventually return. Blurr would check on the end room. He could always move if Sides came back and wanted it, but Blurr wanted to be near the door. All that ice was finally melting, and the daylight was lasting longer. He had been staying close the last few days as he’d told Ironhide he would, but he really did want to go on a good run.
Blurr headed up with his blanket and pillows, figuring the room would need some cleaning before he could move his crystals. He’d be closer to his fish too. He was rather surprised the thing was still alive, but he was happy it was. He stopped short by the kitchen, sensors catching the presence of one of the humans.
