At last I have a list to put in again! Yay!
I am as cruel as ever.
1. AU
The Decepticons and Autobots were just playing when they crashed. It was meant to be a fun ‘war’ game that just went horribly wrong.
2. Ratchet and Wheeljack misjudged Dinosaur sizes. The Dinobots end up cassette sized.
3. Ratchet adapts himself to become a Cassette carrier and carries the cassette Dinobots.
4. Wheeljack experiments on himself. His fins now detach into Cybertronian Moth’s.
5. Perceptor was the first ‘born’ Cybertronian.
6. Perceptor is the child of Megatron and Optimus.
7. Perceptor is the father of Megatron and Optimus.
8. Sunstreaker and Sideswipe are not Twins, they are in fact the same bot from two alternative universes.
9. The new Transformers that turned up post movie were in fact from another dimension.
10. Shockwave is actually Primus
11. Yellow Submarine Transformer.
12. Redella (Red Alert)
RedElla’s could only watch as his Stepfather and Stepbrothers, (Sunstreaker & Sideswipe) went off to Prince Starscream’s Ball.
Luckily though he is being watched over by his Fairy GodFather Inferno.

13. Soundwave is a single dad. The ‘mother’ of his cassettes was thought lost. Turns out their Mother was reformatted after sever injuries on the battlefield. Now she, or rather he, is an Autobot.
14. Soundwave was a bit of a hussy and easy lay in his younger years. In fact his Cassettes have multiple fathers. None of those that interfaced with him ever thought they were responsible. And Soundwave has finally decided that his Cassettes need both parental figures. The search is on.
15. Transformers do the Maury Show.

16. Eject and Rewind were the father of TWO Sparklings. The elder left a long time ago and neither they nor his younger brother Blaster heard from him again. Until that is a certain… MotorMaster?! cropped up. XD
17. Shockwave was alone for a long time. So long he went mad.
18. Huffer is left in charge of the Mini-Bot crew.
19. A thing worse then evil is a curious mind. The Autobots are the most dangerous of the two factions because of this.
20. Perceptor tries a mind-swapping experiment. Somehow he ends up sharing the mind of one Spike Whitwicky.
21. Shockwave cannot leave Cybertron. He died during the war but Primus saw fit to give him a physical form in order to protect Cybertron. However Shockwave cannot leave the planet, for to do so would weaken the link to the source that holds his body together.
22. Shockwave is miserable. All the Decepticons are missing so he tries to build himself a boy of his own.
23. Bleach AU/Human Transformers.
A new type of Hollow has emerged. (Decepticons) They can take on the forms of humans in order to hide amongst their prey. Being able to blend in so seamlessly it is almost impossible for Soul Society to find and destroy them. So they decide to send some of the Shinigami (Autobots) into the living world in order to seek out this new threat.
24. Wasn’t entirely paying attention and accidentally read Sam as Sari.
So…
What if it was Sam in the Animated universe and Sari in the Movie Universe.
25. The Transformers landing on Earth; What if either they or the Humans carry a virus/bug ect.. That is equivalent to the common cold for them but is a viscous pandemic killer for the other?

Autobots and Decepticons as Early Earth based Native Tribes.
27. Simmons of all people, gets turned into an Autobot!
New Designation… canon character? ^_^
28. Movieverse.
After the events of Mission City all that remained of the AllSpark was one tiny shard. It had enough power left to bring back a single solitary Transformer from Death. But the decision lies in who? Jazz is dead but so are many of the other Autobots, some close friends and possibly even lovers to the living.
It is not an easy or agreeable decision to make.
29. Soundwave and Blaster have the unique ability to revive dead Transformers. The only thing is those reborn have to endure a symbiotic relationship in order to remain alive.
This is where the Cassettes came from.
30. TripleChangers are the result of a merge of three separate Transformers.
31. The Twins and Red Alert merge into a Triplechanger

42. When a new Prime is ordained he must be allocated a publicly voted Consort.
Yet Optimus is already bond mates with Elita-1 and Ultra Magnus. This matters not to the law, he must take a consort, whether he is bonded or not. This makes things difficult for the three and the voted in member of the relationship.
43. Ultra Magnus was the Consort for the previous Prime and when Optimus became Prime the Consort went to him. As a Consort is still Prime’s Consort whomever holds the title.
(Bloody hell that’s a lot of Consorting. XD )
44. If the Consort becomes Prime… is he still a Consort?

On second thoughts; Law decrees that a Consort cannot become Prime.

Future Earth. The Transformers were not the creation of the Quintessons but are in fact human created Automatons that have gained sentience. Now the machines are fighting back.

50. Sunstreaker’s name gets misinterpreted in a human newspaper as Sunflower. He wants to read the article about him. (After all he is perfect) and it is down to the Autobots to keep it far away from him lest he decides to take it out on the writer.
51. And with 50. I have another Bunny. Sunstreaker gets lost and finds himself in a little town called Ank-Morpork. (Think Colour of Magic ( Discworld ) )

??: Yes, the Decepticons too are all bonded to Megatron. It is to ensure loyality.
