Quick post.
I've got a question that's really bugging me. Who would the official quartermasters or 'gathering random stuff that someone needs' mechs be for each faction? I would guess Scavenger for the 'Cons, but I'm not sure if he'd be qualified to get stuff like highly technical scientific equipment. And for the 'Bots I have no idea. Beachcomber?

Soundwave: *sits at his desk station like normal, humming and tapping his foot*
Perceptor was struck out? *pouts* He can be terrifying when he wants to be. Even scarier than Ratchet even because it would be unexpected.
Oh, I know that Perceptor can be terrifying. His name was struck out because I knew you were *bound* to suggest him, so I didn't have to.

Actually, I kinda had the idea that the hapless spy tried and tried to separate Perceptor from his beloved science and kept failing, so he threw himself in front of a blast in battle to avoid being punished by Megatron and saved Perceptor by accident.

Hmm, well, after you take out the Constructicons, that brings Omega's friend-for-life total up to... two.

Professor Ratchet needs to hold a seminar on profanity. Halfway through, Perceptor would stand up and cuss Ratchet out for wasting his time because he already knows all the words Ratchet is teaching. And everyone would stare in shock as Perceptor leaves.
