I have a slag-full of bunnies I'm giving up for adoption. I just don't have time to write them all.
1. During a battle, Optimus and Megatron switch places, and their officers don't know it at first. How will they handle it?
2. The twins prank Prowl in doing with the derogatory slang term for police: pigs.
3. Sam's at school (high school or college, you pick) and hears some random human curse in cybertronian. (you can do with it what you want, but I had the idea that somehow an autobot got turned into a human female, got amnesia, and is living out a normal human life, until Sam comes along...)
4. The twins make their own version of The Marauders Map after watching Harry Potter. When they first activate the datapad, they see a spark signature that's unknown, and all Autobots are accounted for. Upon investigation, they find a Decepticon (I'm thinking one of the cassettes, but doesn't have to be). Unfortunately, their map gets found out by the command element and confiscated. (Got image of Prowl saying, "I solemly swear I am up to no good," and Jazz stifling back giggles.) I already wrote the first chapter, but I'm giving this one up because I can't figure out how to write the twins being sneaky. They have to hack into Ratchet's medical files and download everyone's spark signatures and all the human DNA they have on file, along with not getting caught by the CMO (and if he happens to walk in while they're doing this... you get the idea). Plus, they'd have to sneak into every room in the Ark, even the restricted ones and put sensors on the walls that have the downloaded information on, and do all this avoiding Red Alert's keen security skills.
5. I read this one story on ff.net where Jazz was fataly injured and to save his life, Prowl put Jazz's spark into his own spark chamber. (they ended up bonded after that, and Prowl hated it.) I was sitting here writing these out and thinking about that, when this popped in my head: Same thing happens to the twins, and the okay twin agrees since they're already bonded. It's the first time since they were sparked that their sparks have been in the same vicinity like that. What will happen? Will the visiting half sit there dormant? Could the host communicate for his brother or would he only just be able to feel him and that's it? Would the other twin take over the body and the host become recessive? Would the two sparks merge and Sideswipe and Sunstreaker become one being? (could be another set of twins if you want to change continuities.) And if so, would it be immediate or take time (and be painful in the process)?
6. I had a very interesting dream a few months back. It starts out a kid is helping out a vacationing couple as a job. While on vacation, the wife (either is murdered by her husband or commits suicide, can’t remember) Anyway, the kid is accused of killing her. He’s not in jail, because there’s not enough evidence linking him to it. As he’s being confronted by the husband, some telepathic powers kick in. He’s able to read the minds of everyone around him. It’s really disconcerting, and he steps away from the guy, mumbling to himself, his name, address, birthplace, and everything, and he doesn't know why. (I can’t remember the name he used). A few days (or weeks) later, he’s getting used to these telepathic powers. He’s standing outside his place of residence, just looking around at his surroundings. He notices a car at the end of the street (he lives almost in the middle), and doesn’t think there’s anything out of the ordinary about it, but it gives him an eerie feeling. He shakes the feeling off and heads back inside. Then POV switches to the car and it says one thing ::Bumblebee to Optimus Prime. I found Sam Witwicky.:: (I then woke up)
7. this one could tie in with 6, could not. I had a very interesting thought when I was reading a story, and my mind spawned a great backstory, but I couldn't think of a solid current story to put with it. Notes were derived from a conversation between me and the author of the story.
"Our war has been fought over philosophical differences, over the right to life and conquest and ruler ship. Central to the struggles was the Cube, the source of all life as we know it, though perhaps not the source of your lifeforms." - Madness by Kdzeal.
How do we know? Wasn't Earth lifeless of intelligent beings before the Allspark landed? For all we know, the allspark could've created the first few humans: lifeforms compatible to the planet, and life evolved from there. That's why we resemble the transformers bipedal form so similarly. Also, the Allspark gave us humans the ability to procreate so we didn't and still don't need an outside source for our reproduction.
That would mean that every human has some sort of latent spark energy. We call it a soul. Our hearts are like mini spark-chambers. But Ratchet can’t sense the spark energy, It’s too minute to notice unless you already knew it was there. Not looking for it, the scans would read as normal human electrical current.
The humans that come into contact with the mechs have their own spark energy amplified from the close proximity to a pure spark, hence Simmons little 'toy' in the first movie. Which brings the question; what happens to humans who spend too long around mechs? Does it only amplify it to a certain point, or can it bring their energy to a full spark? Also, if it can bring it to a full spark, does amount of time and mechs make a difference? Also, what about the humans that made physical contact with the cube - aka Sam and Lennox and Mikaela (did Simmons ever touch it off screen)?
8. My brother went through this phase a while back: we would take characters from one show and place them in the roles of another show. (in less than 5 minutes, I matched everyone from G1 up with the characters of Lion King, after I SWORE I wasn't going to do that. Skywarp being Ed :D ) I had an idea for a kind of crossover (more like a mash-up). Whoever takes this has to have thorough knowledge of both shows, and that's why I'm not taking it. I don't. Kinda also partly inspired by an episode of Star Trek: DS9.
The USS Voyager is trudging along like usual, when something happens (I can't figure out what would cause this.) A good portion of the crew ends up unconscious. Two that are alright is Chakotay and The Doctor. After scanning them, The Doctor finds out that they're alive, but their brain waves aren't there. Here's what happened to them.
One of the lower crew members (canon or oc, don't care) is doing a holo-program of a really old tv show: Transformers G1. Now, he/she doesn't have their program following the actual show, but has it taking the basic gist of it, and letting it run it's course, so to speak. This character is playing an Autobot (again, canon or oc, don't care). What effected the crew also effected the characters in the holo program. All the Autobots that collapsed on the floor of The Ark all wake up, and the main character can't get the program to shut off. Then Optimus Prime comments about it, and that's when he/she relises that Optimus is Captain Janeway.
They all have to figure out how to undo this, while playing the parts of the characters without letting anyone know.
I have tried to expand this story, but am having a very hard time. Here's a list of who I placed in who. You can modify it if you need to, but I only have a few requests to leave untouched: Jazz (and he's Prowl's bondmate, cause that would be funny once he puts the moves on Prowl), Red Alert (cause of his paranoia glitch, he would KNOW something is wrong) and Ratchet. (if need be, The Doctor can come in to help, taking over First Aid's body, and I kinda imagine Ratchet eventually finds out, but they play it off as something other than a holo program.) Also remember, Soundwave is a telepath.
