Dinobots
Okay, we all know that the dinobots have weird grammar, but I've recently been reading about how in some oriental languages scond and third person pronouns are considered very informal. So, what if when Ratchet and Wheeljack designed the dinobots they 'copied' the language programming from an autobot who'd recently studied/downloaded one of those languages and it was corrupted so the grammar structure of that language partially overrides the grammar of whatever languages the dinobots are speaking.
