Egads! It's been awhile since I've checked in.

I suppose I've just been busy. New York was a terribly good time. The wedding was beautiful, and we had a great time. Graham and I went on a fabulous date our first night there, dining at Les Halles, and then walking from 29th to 67th, mostly on Broadway. The bride's mom hosted a Mehndi party on

Man, we've been getting bids for both new gutters and new air conditioners, and I'm wondering again why we just don't live somewhere where it's perpetually 72 degrees and shit. Then, of course, I remember how California seems to be falling apart just now...

Also, saw the pics from the wedding on Graham's FB page -- HINJEW! ahahahahahaha They were awesome. Someday, we'll have to actually meet that boy offline. Any chance of planning something where ya'll can come down this way? I know that I would really like to do Halloween this year, but I also realize that's a big holiday for you too in Houston. And also, have done nothing on getting together my planned family costume of Leo as Cat in Hat and us as Things 1 & 2. And we'll be in Cali for my dad's "9th anniversary of his 50th birthday" party...

Ah well. Maybe at the X-mas Tree party...
