My prompt was hairdryer.
The past couple Yehsung fics I read had Yehsung drinking coffee, and for some reason that totally stuck in my head. Sooo... if anyone cares that I made him drink coffee too, let me know. It just seems like such a Yehsung-y thing to do...
Yehsung, ever the calm one in Super Junior, sat at the kitchen table, silently drinking his coffee, as seven spazzy boys ran around the apartment, panicking.
“My hairdryer is gone!”
“Mine too!”
“I have to leave in 20 minutes, my hair will never be dry in time!”
“So do the rest of us~”
Ryeowook skidded to a stop in front of Yehsung. “Hyung, aren’t you upset? Someone stole all of our hairdryers!”
Yehsung shrugged and continued drinking his coffee.
Ryeowook frowned. “Wait, your hair is dry, hyung!” he exclaimed.
Sungmin came running over, “Hey, I know you took a shower this morning, how did you dry your hair?”
Yehsung smiled. “Ask Donghae.”
“...Where is Donghae?” Eeteuk said, having just noticed that he was missing.
Everyone quickly searched the apartment and found Donghae on the balcony, buried in pans, tinfoil, hairdryers, and other random things he had found around the apartment.
Everyone stopped and stared.
“Donghae,” Kangin finally said, “What the hell are you doing?”
Donghae smiled up at everyone. “Building an alien communication device.”
“Hyung, give me back my hairdryer!” Sungmin said, grabbing at the pile.
“No, I can’t, I’ve spent a lot of time building this!” He said, clutching his creation.
“Well at least let me dry my hair,” Kyuhyun said.
“I can’t, it will ruin everything,” Donghae replied.
“You let Yehsung dry his hair,” Eunhyuk pointed out.
Donghae’s face turned a brilliant shade of red, and he immediately ducked his head down, busying himself in his project as he mumbled something under his breath.
Ryeowook turned to Yehsung. “Hyung, how did you get a hairdryer from him?”
Yehsung said nothing, as he continued to sip at his coffee, but his smile grew until he was grinning from ear to ear.
