Article 824 of the Gundam Fighter's handbook:

A sandbag is a training tool, useful for any fighter. It is the sandbag's privilege to be a sparring partner, as a sandbag cannot feel pain.

[Domon gives you a cocky grin.]

I wouldn't mind a real workout, if you're looking for a practice round in the ring.

[To be fair, his sword is rusted and dull. The holes appear to be from his FISTS.]

[Dodging is for wimps! Domon pulls out a beam saber, attempting to advance in a straight path. He'll guard/deflect/cut/eat the projectile, figuring it's just a beam.]

[Any of those will work, but Desu Itsuki is surprisingly fast. Suddenly she's just right there, grin hidden behind steel.] Itsuki Tambourine! Take this...! [And there's a beam chakram out and ready to take a slice out of Shining!]

[Domon parries with his saber, before dropping down for a leg sweep!]

[Nope, she gets bowled over by the sandbag right away. That was a big one, too...it looked like it hurt a lot.]

[And now the tall, reasonably-good looking guy is lifting the heavy thing off you as if it weighed nothing, sand pouring from various holes in the covering.]

Shoot, sorry about that...guess I hit it a bit too hard.

[A young girl is observing your movements intently, Domon. She doesn't want to interrupt your routine though, so she's staying quiet for now.]

'His form and execution...it's completely different from anything I've seen...'

[Domon remains focused on the bag, landing two cross blows, a gut check, a kick, and...a backflip? It's almost like watching a one-sided dance. He draws back from the bag and poses, taking a deep breath.]

[She's very impressed by this display, but keeps an eye on all those attacks nonetheless. Must've taken years for him to get to that level...in that respect, she's a little ways behind.

There are at least a few questions she wants to ask as a martial artist herself, but she's pretty hesitant to approach him right now, especially if he's not done yet...]
