1. The thing about being told 'welcome to the freakiest spaceship you've ever heard of, worlds are being destroyed along the way and one of them happened to be yours' is that sometimes the reaction is 'dammit, didn't I just LEAVE this party'. All right, so the shredding of an entire reality is more final and less survivable than a planet-wide atomic war, but... after a certain point the magnitude doesn't register any more. At least not for Roger.

(So this is what it feels like to be Tsutomu Yamaguchi, huh.)

It'll probably hit him eventually, but right now... eh. He's just going for a hike in Hydroponics. This is the most green he's seen in years.

2. Whoever designed the Sensoriums was an engineering genius. Simulations like this don't exist- didn't exist- outside of a couple of isolated immersive VR pods back home. This is fantastic. Hammer time!

... no, literally, he's in his power armor and helmet and he's wielding a super sledge as long as an average man is tall against a series of Stacy-generated targets. You might have to yell to get his attention. It's the kind of activity that gets you caught up in the moment.
