1. [So the shit's hit the fan. There's a power outage in this tower that everyone's trapped in, and there's some nasty creatures on the loose that make you think they're someone close to you, and then sap your life force when you get close. Thankfully, you're not alone - Samus has your back. And if anyone is a good choice to have your back, it's the person with a gun-arm.]
Just keep close, alright? You want to get out of this alive, we've gotta stick together.
2. [Unarmored, Samus is investigating parts of the tower - today, the library. Lots of books about everything except what would be helpful, and terminals that have some degree of useful information - the discussions of current and previous residents about events prior to her arrival. It's not enough, though. Surely there's more around, she's just not looking hard enough, right? Either way, it leaves her frustrated as she shoves a book back onto a shelf with a huff.]
3. [As you come down the stairs of the tower, a three-foot metal ball rolls out of a room rather quickly, and tumbles down the stairs a few feet before unfolding into a person, sprawled on the stairs and appearing momentarily disoriented.]
