I understand that this campus is mostly made up of high school students, and while there are adults to supervise, there are vastly more teenagers than teachers.

I also realize that it may be liberating to be out of the house and staying in a dorm away from your family for quite possibly the first time in your life.

However, that is no excuse for playing loud, obnoxious rock until three in the morning.

Please cease immediately before I am forced to inform a higher authority.
