If you can believe it, I'm at a pretty stressful place in my life as well. I can attest to keeping fit as it pertains to reducing the level of tension, anxiety, and overall negativity. It keeps you busy and tired, thereby reducing the amount of time yer head's got to put itself in a bad state (plus it's wicked healthy). But that's only part of it. Faith, more than anything, will keep you in check. Just remember, from time to time, who you are. I hate to get all Lion King on you, but as soon as you forget what makes you you (if you follow me) you'll fall apart. Integrity, whether structural or personal, is imperitive if you mean to always be honest, true, straight, narrow... whatever you're shooting for in your life as far as accomplishments are concerned. A good social network of amazing and helpful friends is key too. My guys here put me in my place all the time, even when it hurts, but I know their mind is on fidelity and success and they count on me as much as I do them. It's highly reciprocol in that respect. If you ever get to the breaking point though, try to imagine what it would be like if you could just deal with it. Try to assemble some sort of an idea of what you'd be doing if worrying wasn't an issue or an option. You'll never stop being you, and who you've been, well, that's set in stone too. Doesn't mean you're not going to change over the years, but the realization that you're still in the early stages of your life should be comforting. Worst comes to worst, take a deep breath, exhale and check your pulse. If it's still there, you're not doing too bad.
