Alive!
Since everyone might be worried, I thought I'd write a short message to let you know I am fine! The earthquake was pretty scary but I survived. Was in school at the time and the building was shaking so much that it was impossible to walk.
Unfortunately none of the trains are running so it looks like I am stuck in the school for the night. There are still some aftershocks happening (like 5 minutes ago) and the news said there might be another earthquake later tonight.
