I'm a runner-up for a creative writing scholarship at one of my college choices. It hasn't been my top choice, but it's not terrible and a 2/3 tuition scholarship is really hard to turn down for the caliber of academics they offer (even if the social clime isn't quite as GHP-ish as I'd like). And ignoring all that, I'm honored to have gotten this far. ^_^
