What a day
My mom is in the hospital overnight for tests. Fortunately, she loves the hospital & was scheduled already for a stress test tomorrow. I was already going to vote at 7 am because I have 7 hearings in 3 different courtrooms tomorrow...my brother just wanted to give me a heads up, but says not to panic. Damn good thing, because I'd have to rent a car. Keep her in your thoughts, please.
I ordered a whole smoked turkey and a pecan pie to take down there for Thanksgiving, so that's one thing--- we were talking yesterday about it. I have pulled all my files for the week, gone home, changed cat litter, filled a bag for the community food bank, filled a box for clothes, and am now doing laundry. Unless I get offline, I will start ordering random stuff so I better watch TV and knit!
