Remember all that stuff about "trouble using WINE" and "oh, I found PlayOnLinux & it has all these install routines built in" ???

So far, including the two TES games I got on free download, I have installed 8 games through PlayOnLinux.  All had native install routines, and claimed to install flawlessly.

I play Morrowind on Linux with Wine and I had no trouble installing it. Most mods work too except for one thing that is very Windows-specific and requires .net 4.0 which is not supported on Linux yet (should be in the future).
I'm not a fan of PlayOnLinux at all... it seems to be doing things in the background that I have no control over, it's too Windowsy.

Morrowind was buggy on mine from the beginning. I originally installed it on WINE - and it would play, but I couldn't get any of the official expansions to load. Then I figured out how to get into the file directory to attempt to install a mod, and it just CTD the next time I started the game. Now, that's all it does, even after doing a new install through PlayOnLinux. I'm thinking of just going back into the file directory and deleting the entire Bethesda folder to start over, and see if I can get it to work again that way.

How do you get the Mods to install?
