I'm really unmotivated for my work. I get so much praise from the boss, but it doesn't show anywhere. I never get raise - the only time I got raise was when it was two months until all of my colleagues and me got better raise due to new contracts and new job descriptions. Things look a bit better. I'm still kinda annoyed about everything, most of all of the junior boss who fucked my shifts over. And annoyed to several other things I'm not supposed to speak about.

Things surrounding my life now are a lot of bullshit, not enough action.
