Rocky didn't kill himself.

He just, died. Sorta like Noah with a bottle of wine.

Stubborn as in, "Yeah, see, that relationships thing, not gonna happen, I just had all of my friends move on...."

Rocky ALMOST committed mass murder/suicide right after ICC if it wasn't for ANST plot to stop it :)

So, Rocky grew old, retired from the arcanum, and died finishing his last bottle of wine.

Save that Terri didn't end up in Hell because Tara C.'s vamp PC redeemed the fallen angel that was responsible for the deal Terri made, so, because she made it out of love and loyalty, she got to go to Heaven.
