Note to smokers: You could loose everything you own!
My friend, Grayson, experienced a fire this past weekend. The cause: an unattended cigarette. Now she has no belongings and 2nd degree burns on her arms and feet. She is in a lot of pain, and has been in UAB burn unit since Sunday morning. She will be going home this weekend. I am going to visit her on Sunday in Mobile to take her some clothes.
It is really a sad situation, and reminds me that tragidy can happen to anyone. It also makes me want to get renters insurance.
