(no subject)
So, here is a longer entry since I've only done quiz crap on here lately.
Got my Christmas present from Jamie, which he was driving me mad with for quite awhile... It was completely beyond my expectations. That he could put so much effort into something like that for me was amazing. Absolutely love it, it's beautiful! (And no, I'm not telling you what I got... not yet anyway. It's my beautiful present and I want to keep it to myself for a bit, it seems even more special then.)
We went to Brisbane this past weekend, which was fun. Did some Christmas shopping. Not nearly as much as I would have liked though. Spent A LOT of money. Way too much. But was definitely fun. And, made an amazing discovery... *drumroll please* I found Hanson's live DVD at HMV!!! Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that it was only compatible with American DVD players... but eh, small details. I own the Hanson DVD! (I can still watch it on the computer though.)
On Saturday night Gary, Vinney, Jamie and I went on the CityCat along the Brisbane River for awhile. It was SO nice. It had been horribly, horribly hot all day and night and the breeze on the river was great. We all stood out the front of the boat and watched the lights and felt the wind and it was fantastic, the best bit of the trip I think.
Got some great pictures, esp. one of Gary riding a stone elephant like a cowboy in front of the Nepalese temple at Southbank, which I will have to sent everyone when I get them on the computer.
Have spent a lot of time with Jamie and Vinney this week, which has been great.
Steven got home last night and came straight around and gave me my Ipod from James. It is awesome, how much do I love James right now! (Well, I love him always, but the Ipod is good, was my point.)
Gotta go pick Mo up now, but this was a bit better! Wasn't it? Wasn't it??? :D
