Monday's Workout

Ok. Work was dull and rather uninteresting until I got the news that we're releasing a new version soon. That made things slightly more fun as we are now revamping the software up and giving it the sleek venere of the 2000s. I had a sort of emotional breakdown around 1.30ish which was really inconvenient because I had an installation to do at 2.00. Turns out I never really grieved when my relationship ended and it sort of just slammed into me today. It was *really* wierd. One moment I'm fine, the next I'm in tears and overwhelmed with uncontrollable sorrow. Then it went away and I feel about a thousand times better.

I hit the gym tonight with a Back and Biceps routine.  I kept the weights the same aside from the Widegrip Chin ups.  I increased the weight on those by 10kgs.

I spent the night preparing meals for the coming week.  Muscle & Fitness has got some excellent meal plans for bodybuilders who want to shed fat quickly while maintaining their mass.  We'll see how this turns out by the end of the week.  I've had dinner and my post dinner snack now and I honestly am not feeling hungry at all and without cheating!  Monday down, let's see how Tuesday holds up.

I still haven't found my tripod.  I know it's bloody around here somewhere but in the move from my previous place it's been put in some secretive place known only to the gods.  Once I get it I'll be uploading photos.
