Wednesday and Thursdays workouts

Woah, it's late and I need to be going to bed. I have to go to the SS Golden Bay tomorrow morning to fix some problem with their system. Sometimes I really love this job - I get to go to some very wierd places.

Wedneday: I improvised a shoulder and bicep workout which has escaped my memory now. It worked out well but I could have pushed my biceps harder.

Thursday: Today was my Leg and Shoulder blitz. OWWWWWWW God I am regretting doing shoulders yesterday now. My legs responded well though and don't hurt nearly as much as they did after last Friday. I am seriously loving the straight leg deadlifts. They work the glutes and the hamstrings almost exclusively and it's really good to feel the burn in ones ass and not have to go to the protologist :P
