Hay there,
It has been a bit of time since my last LJ and good things and ,,,,, not so good things have been flying my way.
For the good stuff, my bone doc has been happy with the way my left bone has been healing. <> the two parts of the Humorous have been fusing into 1 peace. I will still be able to set off metal detectors at the Air port though (See Last Picture Below) :).
Some other good stuff, I have been taken off of the blood thinners. So this means I get to now enjoy !!!!BEER!!!! with my friends. *BIG TOOTHY GRIN*
On the not good stuff, My Radial nerve, which control the muscles that open my dominant left hand, is not showing any improvment. It is true that nerves take a long time to heal, but my nerve doc is not happy with what he sees. He said that if the nerve does not show any improvement in the near future, he will have to re open the arm. ((((That I don't Want))))
I guess, all in all, I am moving forward on the road of recovery. I just want to say Thank You all out there that have helped guide me along this long argues road.
Below are before and after my last operation X-rays of my left humorous. See if you can see the slight kink in the arm which the x-ray technician gasped at, when he saw the picture. Have fun.
Here is a link to my latest X-rays, Enjoy. Before Operation:
