The past five days were so perfect.
But that's about right. Seeing as the past year and a half have been pretty damn near perfect.
Montana is cold. Really, really, really cold. Much colder than Michigan. And much, much colder than Florida. But I still had such a wonderful time. It was so great to shut out everything that's been eating up my life for the past three months. So nice to be with Eric after so long.
Just three more weeks and he'll be home with me. 18 days until I go back to Michigian. I'm excited. I miss my family. I haven't seen any of them since August. I can't wait to see some friends from back there too. I can't wait to set Interview on Flint Youth Ballet. It will be fun to work on something different, with people I haven't worked with in awhile.
I'm putting together DVDs of my choreography to send to dance festivals and companies. I need to start getting my work out there. It's a little overwhelming to realize it's time to start doing that, but much more exciting than nervewracking.
Life is good right now. The semester is winding down and all the loose ends are being tied up. Kind of feel like I'm just waiting for December 14 to show up. I can't wait to be around a different set of people and places. Not that I don't love these people. But we pretty much spend all day together, every day, and it's been that way for the past three months. I need more than 5 days with Eric. I need to see my family. I need to get out of here.
