So, Dad is still recovering, and doing better. bitching more. and i think he's not dealing with the painkillers too well, finding it hard to maintain thoughts in a coherant manner. I should have him work my job. it doesnt allow me to think in a coherant manner in the first place ( Read more... ) -

Well, it took a week in the hospital before they let him out to a care center. he is looking much better, and he's obviosly healing ( Read more... ) -
and an update
there was a series of delays and red tape before the surgey, and some concern after, but the doctor said the surgery went well.
Dad is now in CCU as he comes out of sedation and they will be detaching the wires and tubes thru the next several days. -
