So I've started a new afghan and a new cardigan.

And I've started learning how to knit! It's HARD!!! I'm sure my fingers will get used to the new motions, but BOY did I feel inept.

Briefly, the idea is that everyone states their goal before we start, and all daily word counts will be adjusted by a common denominator. e_moon60 and I did this in August, and we both accomplished more that month than we otherwise would have. It was a great motivator!
