So as most of my very limited readership knows, we took a family vacation to Disney World this past weekend. It was soo much fun! But all the pictures are on Mark's computer, so you don't get any of those. Instead, I'll give you the journal that my oldest son kept of the trip. He wrote this at the request of his teacher since the trip included two very unexcused absences from school. I'm fixing the misspellings because it's just easier to go ahead and translate.

I am in the car at 3:34 pm. I hope I get to go on rollercoasters. I love the hotels. I woke up at 7:40 am. I went on Space Mountain. I screamed because I wanted to on Space Mountain. I went on Tower of Terror. The only thing I sad was yes. My dad asked me a question then he said oh crap. He thought I was terrified. I went on Expedition Everest. I love the story. There are people who went up a mountain everest. The track was broken. They stopped for a while, then they went backwards then they stopped then they saw the shadow of the yeti then they run through everest to escape. I was in thoo to. ( I don't know what this means, but he was totally freaked out after this roller coaster!). Those were awesome rides. I did Space Mountain at 8:30 pm Tower of Terror at morning ee (Expedition Everest? How is he already abbreviating things?!) at 3:25 pm. I bought a flashing mohawk and T bought a flashing light saber.

I particularly like the "Oh Crap" bit. I'm so glad I thought to proof read his story before he took it and read it to his ENTIRE CLASS. Oh, wait...I didn't? Oh, crap.
