Elated We're Related
I'm so happy my mom went through with this, because I've been waiting for this a very long time.
This is a photo of my biological grandfather Charles Malbaurn with my mom, taken a couple days ago at an airport in Florida. She hasn't seen him since she was 3. Some don't care about long lost family members, but I can tell you the world feels a little less lonesome when you know there are others out there you share close blood with. Whether or not I'd be comfortable calling him 'Grandpa' is another story. I just know I'd like to have some kind of relationship with him. Charles is the Welsh side of my heritage and the guy I got alot of my looks from. Seeing that face is to see a new part of myself. The ad feature had to be activated for this.
